Depending on various factors we may decide move the site to a new hosting platform today (evening, GMT). This solution should be more resilient to DDoS attacks so as to prevent further downtime due to these unprovoked DDoS attacks.
 
As soon as we start moving stuff we'll put the current (old) server in maintenance mode to prevent data loss, so some additional downtime is to be expected. As soon as the new server is up we'll change DNS and you should be lead to new server, depending on 'fast' your DNS is.
 
If you have HDBits in your /etc/hosts, don't forget to remove or change the entry. Should you wish to join IRC, do it this afternoon and don't start PM'ing us for irc invites while we're busy with the migration.
