This is being sent to all members of HDME. No one specifically so do not reply asking why you received it!

With the open signups we had over 3000 new members join HDME.  One of the questions asked before being allowed to join was have they read the sites rules and do they agree to follow them?  One of those rules is to check the FAQ and forum before contacting staff.  Also, of those 3000 we have probably already banned 1000 of them for either being a dupe account or for inactivity.  

The problem now is we are being blasted with the same questions over and over. If you have a problem you MUST check the sites FAQ and forum section before contacting staff.  We have pretty much covered all the know issues with the site there.  Do a search for the problem you are having or better yet, just go to the forum section and look through the titles.  If it is a current problem there most likely is going to be a current post.

If you can not find an answer please let us know.  We want to keep the site running smoothly and if something is wrong we want to fix it as soon as we can.

With this notice going out we will start issuing warnings to those members who do not check the FAQ and forums before contacting us.   Not that we want to but it seems to be the only way to get some peoples attention and have them do what they should be doing.

Lastly, take a look through the forums every now and then.  Again, with over 10,000 members we only see a few a day in the forums but  hundreds of torrents are snatched each day.  Keep up on what is going on in the site.
