UPLOADING RULE CHANGE

All SCENE packs of ALL shows will be considered assigned to the uploader crew BUT if a pack isn't uploaded within 2 weeks of final episode airing then it will be considered free for anyone to upload. This includes hdtv, 720, 1080 and webrips. The current format for uploading packs still applies to everyone. This is to make it easier for everyone as a current list is not required.
