DatoritÄ faptului cÄ sunteÈi mulÈi Èi aveÈi o mulÈime de întrebÄri Èi nelÄmuriri, ne-am gândit sÄ facem mai uÅoarÄ interacÅ£iunea cu voi, în acelaÅi timp scÄzând timpul în care primiÈi un rÄspuns. 
Astfel, doresc sÄ anunÈ introducerea unui sistem de ticketing. Acesta va lua locul FLS-ului în meniu sub numele de Support, FLS-ul fiind în continuare actualizat Èi accesabil.
 
Acesta funcÈioneazÄ în felul urmÄtor:
Userii cu mute pot sÄ deschidÄ un ticket/lunÄ;
Userii fÄrÄ mute pot sÄ aibÄ maxim 3 tickete deschise în acelaÈi timp;
În momentul în care primiÈi un rÄspuns veÈi fi înÈtiinÈat printr-un PM.
 
Rules and notes
AsiguraÈi-vÄ cÄ ticket-ul e creat în categoria adecvatÄ;
ExistÄ categoria "Other", însÄ dacÄ aveÅ£i nelÄmuriri care se încadreazÄ în aceastÄ categorie, cÄutaÈi întâi pe forum, în FAQ, Rules sau Ghidul Tracker-ului;
DacÄ rÄspunsul la întrebarea dvs. se aflÄ în una din secÈiunile amintite, ticket-ul dvs. va fi închis direct!
ÎncercaÈi sÄ formulaÈi întrebarea cât mai concis Èi simplu;
În caz cÄ nu ÈtiÈi sÄ explicaÈi ceea ce nu merge, un screenshot ajutÄ foarte mult;
Abuzarea acestui sistem prin deschiderea repetatÄ de tickete despre subiecte care nu Èin de tracker, la care s-a rÄspuns deja Èi/sau rÄspunsul pentru acestea se gÄseÈte în FAQ sau Rules, va fi pedepsitÄ prin mute.
 
ExplicaÈii status
Open - Ticket-ul nu a fost încÄ preluat de niciun staffer;
Pending - Ticket-ul a fost preluat de cÄtre un staffer Èi aÈteaptÄ un rÄspuns de la acesta;
Answered - Ticket-ul a fost preluat de cÄtre un staffer Èi aÈteaptÄ rÄspuns de la dvs;
Closed - Ticket-ul a fost marcat ca rezolvat.

Explanations status
Open - the ticket has not yet picked up any staffer;
Pending - the ticket has been picked up by a staffer and expect an answer from it;
Answered - Ticket site was taken over by a staffer and Waiting for you;
Closed - the ticket was marked as done.
