在开启本次考核的同时，我们将开启为期3天的全开放自由注册，这也将是本站最后一次免新手考核 的开注。
以下，就本次考核和开放注册做一些说明。

第一部分，考核。
1，本次考核为增量考核，魔力值兑换无效。考核范围包括上传量、下载量和魔力值。
2，考核时间为一个月，即2015年12月1日零时—2015年12月31日24时。
3，考核对象：2015年11月30日之前注册的感冒（含）及以下等级所有会员。
4，考核增量：上传量：20G
下载量：20G
魔力值：2000
5，捐赠会员以及感冒以上级别免考核。

增量考核举例：
考核前，上传量为600G——考核后，应为620G以上。
考核前，下载量为500G——考核后，应为520G以上。
考核前，魔力值为3000——考核后，应为5000以上。

第二部分，开放注册
1，开放注册时间为3天，即2015年12月1日零时——2015年12月3日24时。
2，新注册会员，没有新手考核，这也是本站最后一次免新手考核的开放注册。
3，严禁注册马甲，凡是注册马甲者，连同主号一起ban，并永久性封IP。
4，新人注册后7天内无任何下载上传数据的，系统会自动删除账号。
