2016.02.04 - 2016 HDSPad移动视频小组诚挚招募压制人员
为了更快更好地为大家提供高质量MP4格式的移动视频，HDSPad小组期望招收若干移动视频压制人员，欢迎各位HDSkyer加入！

加入要求：
1.有无压制经验皆可，对无经验者可提供入门教程学习和指导；
2.本小组视频采用原盘压制，要求CPU最低为台式酷睿i5或笔记本i7，网络带宽最低为20Mbps下行/2Mbps上行；
3.此次招募公司在职人员，谢绝学生朋友；
4.有足够的业余时间完成压制任务，拒绝三分钟热度，每月有最低任务要求，如有要事可请假，连续两月不达标的将被请出小组；
5.学习能力强！尤其是能自学、会搜索和可以独立解决问题的能力；
6.所用软件多是英文软件，因而需要有一定的英文基础。
