1.开放注册。
关闭时间不定，欢迎相互转告。

2.周末自由发布开启。
允许所有用户组在周末自由发布种子子(从周六12:00到周日23:59),但是发布时应符合我们的要求，如果不符合要求，我们会不在通知的情况下删除你的种子。

3.H&R种子规则变更。(H&R种子只适合于日韩资源种子，其他类型种子不受H&R约束。)
有H&R的种子14天之内，必须做种96个小时，或者分享率达到4。
累计得到10个H&R时账号禁用。
种子发布后60天不再参与H&R检查，取消前的记录继续检查。
花费20000个魔力值可以消除一个H&R。
