将近三年的时间，CHDBITS又以新的面貌重新回归了。开站初期还有很多制度需要完善同时也有很多错误需要修正，希望广大新老会员多提意见，共同努力把我们的大家建设的更加完美，与此同时，本站捐赠系统已经正式开放，会员们可以通过首页上右上方的捐赠渠道进行捐赠获得相应的特权，感谢每一位捐赠者的支持，刚刚开站确实需要资金去投入。请勿向私人转账捐赠，管理人员也不会向任何一位会员索要捐赠来开通权限

CHDBTS regresses with a new aspect after nearly 3 years. There are many systems needing to be perfected and many mistakes needing to be corrected, so we hope spacious old and new members can provide lots of advises to take joint effort to make our site more perfect. And in the meanwhile, the donation system of our site has been officially opened, so all members can gain corresponding privileges by donating on the top-right donation channel on the home page. Thanks for the support of every donator, we really need capitals to invest in the beginning of opening this site. Please do not donate to personal account and managers will not demand any donation from members to open the limits of authority. If there are any managers illegally demanding donation from members, please reflect to us. We must handle it seriously when it is verified. We are here to show our heartfelt thanks to every donator and let us witness the growth of CHD again! What’s more, we also express our heartfelt thanks for every manager’s industrious pay.
