2017 HDS压制组诚挚招募压制人员

前言：
经过2年的发展，HDS压制小组已成长为一个国内三次元压制实力顶尖的小组，为广大会员提供iPad移动视频、REMUX、720p、1080p、以及265 10bit的全套制作。

硬件：
CPU全组员E5标配，高参压制的前提下无论iPad视频还是高质量720p、1080p视频出片量均国内第一。

软件：
拥有成套的自动化压制工具和发布工具。

技术：
淘汰了AviSynth，使用先进的VapourSynth作为前处理工具进行压制，融入了部分二次元前处理的思路并涉足265 10bit压制。

为了给工作组融入新鲜血液，HDS压制组2017年新一轮招募开始了，详情如下：

加入要求：
1.有无压制经验皆可，对无经验者可提供入门教程学习和指导；
2.硬件要求CPU最低为台式酷睿i7，网络带宽最低为20Mbps下行/10Mbps上行；
3.有足够的业余时间及时完成压制任务，拒绝三分钟热度，要求至少在本组服役半年。每月有最低任务要求，如有要事可请假，连续两月不达标的将被请出小组；
4.学习能力强！尤其是能自学、会搜索和可以独立解决问题的能力。
5.所用软件多是英文软件，因而需要有一定的英文基础。

加入待遇：
1.无需通过审核，直接发布资源；
2.拥有管理组Uploader成员身份标志，免除数据考核。
3.每月由管理组发放工资（指魔力值，无物质金钱回馈，多劳多得）；
4.内部交流、不定期工作奖励、以及丰富的网络资源给工作组成员分享等潜在待遇；
5.敬业勤奋的HDS小组成员，退休后获授养老族或VIP资格。

In order to bring fresh blood to the working group, a new round of recruiting began in 2017, as follows:

Requirements:
1. Whether to suppress the experience can be, for those who do not have experience to provide introductory tutorials to learn and guidance;
2. Hardware requirements CPU minimum for the desktop Core i7, the minimum network bandwidth of 20Mbps downlink / 10Mbps uplink;
3. Have enough free time to complete the suppression task in a timely manner, refused to heat three minutes, at least six months in the service group. Monthly minimum task requirements, if something can leave, two consecutive months of non-compliance will be invited out of the group;
4. Learning ability! Especially the ability to self-study, will search and can solve the problem independently.
5. The software used in English software, which requires a certain basis for English.

Admission:
1. No need to audit, direct release of resources;
2. Have a management group Uploader membership logo, eliminating the data assessment.
3. Monthly payment by the management team (refer to the value of magic, no material money back, more work);
4. Internal communication, occasional work incentives, and rich network resources to members of the working group to share potential treatment;
5. Dedicated hard-working HDS team members, after retirement, was granted the pension or VIP qualifications.
