因rtorrent 0.9.6/0.13.6、rtorrent/0.9.4/0.13.6存在严重的数据统计错误，经管理组考虑，即刻起tracker停止对该版本客户端的支持。 rtorrent/0.9.4/0.13.4可正常使用。
