BECOME A STAFF MERCENARY FOR A BRIGHTER TOMORROW

As the title suggest, our mercenaries (aka FLS) are in need of reinforcements. If you're interested in volunteering to help the 32p community to grow and improve, read on!

Mercenaries are our hired hands who act as a first line of support for users. They respond in help threads and staff PMs, help people in our #support channel on IRC, and keep an eye on threads and site collections. 32p staff work as a team--mentoring and assisting one another while understanding that we work best when we prioritize life's needs. 

With varying specialties, mercenaries all focus on helping with the community side of the site. They cover a wide array of site knowledge and their skills vary. We are looking for a wide variety of expertise.

Great at troubleshooting torrent client software? We are looking for you.

Obsessively knowledgeable about site rules and policies? Yep, we're looking for you, too.

Understand site culture and the far corners of how this site works and where to find things? Yes, you should definitely apply.

Find yourself answering questions in forum threads or irc? It sounds like you're drawn to the role.

To apply, use staff pm with the subject "I Am Mercenary Material" and answer the following:

What are some areas for which you're able to supply support? (examples: Irc? Torrent clients? Navigating the site?)
Name up to three forums you'd be interested in particularly keeping an eye on (not including any of the help-specific forums).
Name up to three collections you'd be interested in keeping an eye on.
What might you list as your Remark on the staff page?
