以下两条新规则自2017/06/18 00:00:00起开始实施。
  1. Peasant和User等级的用户最多同时下载10个种子，Power User等级用户最多同时下载20个种子，其他等级用户无此限制。
  2. Peasant状态的用户在分享率低于0.3时会立即被系统禁用。

Those two new rules will come into operation on 2017/06/18 00:00:00.
  1. Members in Peasant and User level can only download 10 torrents at the same time. Members in Power User level can only download 20 torrents at the same time. There are no limits on other levels.
  2. Members in Peasant level with a ratio below 0.3 will be banned by system as soon as possible.
