Members of the Fleet,

As many of you are by now aware we had recently implemented a Hit & Run system. The system is still in BETA and we'll continue working at finding and fixing the bugs along with tweaking the system.
Many of you found that you had accumulated HnRs on your accounts. This is no longer the case and all HnRs were reset back to 0 day before yesterday evening.

Any HnRs that you see now are real HnRs and it will be up to you to fix them. We shall be configuring the system to allow you to have X number of HnRs and when you get above it your account will be put into seed only mode.

Furthermore you will not be permitted to purchase a promotion to the next class unless you have 0 HnRs.

You will then be required to get your HnRs back under X at which point your leeching privileges will be restored.
