Uploading torrents

I need to address this because of the influx of new members that have just come aboard. I understand that you want to contribute to the site, but we do have certain rules and I need to address on in particular. At the top of the Home Page you will see two pdf's that grumpyman prepared that addresses how to upload a torrent and the content that needs to be in the description page. This is the minimum that should be placed to describe your upload.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the torrent being deleted. In the case that should happen you can use the same PassKey and upload the torrent correctly.
