GOOGLE TRANSLATION:

For security reasons, all older utorrent 3s clients will be taken off the whitelist.

If you use WebUI / Remote (web access), you should update to the latest version of utorrent 3.5.3 as soon as possible.

Anyone else who wants to continue using utorrent 2.0.4 or 2.2.1 will disable web access and set false in the net.discoverable advanced settings and start the client NEW!

Although these settings can be synonymous in older utorrent the 3 Series, but these are still vulnerable.
