Tamil Rockers the online movie piracy site has remained a chronic disease for Tamil cinema and no matter how much Vishal and co have tried, nothing could be done and the men behind the site have even challenged and blackmailed the film industry about uploading news movies. What is more pathetic is the fact that some small producers and directors have even gone so far as to request the pirates to give their film a breathing space and upload after a few days.

Reports coming in from Kerala suggests that the anti piracy wing of that neighboring state has nabbed four people in Nellai and Vizhupuram and claim that the admin and owner is among them. The persons in custody are reportedly John, Karthik, Prabhu and Suresh. We have to wait for more information to emerge to conclude whether the death knell on Tamil Rockers has been hammered in.
