MOSCOW, April 16 (Itar-Tass) - RIA Novosti. Head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov confirmed that the service began to block the IP-addresses of the company Amazon due to the fact that they began using the Telegram messenger to bypass the lock. This is reported by RT.

"We had an unloading subnet Amazon, which went to Telegram," - said Zharov.

According to him, the third point of the court decision requires Roskomnadzor and other legal entities not to create conditions for technical access to the blocked messenger.

Earlier, residents of Belarus also complained about the lack of access to Telegram.

On Monday, April 16, Roskomnadzor sent information to telecom operators on the restriction of access to Telegram in accordance with the decision of the court. The messenger must be blocked within 24 hours. Roskomnadzor also began legally significant correspondence with all application stores regarding the removal of Telegram.
