Clarification on last notice

We are so sorry that we have to post this message to explain the third item in last message.
("3. Remind the site to prohibit the use of shared box (seedbox) and agent software to log in to the site.")
Recently, we found that some users share one seedbox to upload and download, and even find someone to pay another user for uploading and downloading on behalf of him/her.We must put to the end of this behavior. After checking it, all users who violate this rule will be banned.
