Peter writes that he decided to familiarize himself with the text of the bill and, out of habit, first looked at the file properties to view the related information.

This kind of messages regarding the use of Ukrainian in government agencies unlicensed software despite many initiatives for the protection of copyright and the fight against pirated content, is not uncommon. But in this case the situation is particularly curious – the law about censorship in the Internet, which is supposed to improve cybersecurity deputies write on a pirate Word.
