g********** and I have had a conversation concerning 'Reseed Requests" and using the button on the torrent page. I have sent PM's and put this in the Shoutbox several times and it has become an issue that needs to be addressed and posted in the 'News' section so that it will be clear concerning the site policy for this matter. All reseed requests must first have the requesting member connected before the request is initiated. If a request is not being responded by another member who has already downloaded the torrent then it should then be brought to the attention of an Administrator so that appropriate action can be taken. This measure is only addressing the making of a request not filling it. That is another issue entirely.
