Server failure and current situation

After a server failure, 4th Dimension is back up and running. There was significant data loss - accounts lost, torrents and forum games rolled back two years. Currently much uploading is occurring.

B**** is asking members to come back and understand that re-registration is likely necessary for those who joined in 2017-2018.
