Disable notifications for client versions

In view of the large upload statistics reporting vulnerability in rutorrent version 0.9.7, abnormally high uploads are generated. As determined by the Sky Management Group, starting from September 18, this site is completely banned from using this version of the client. Users who were banned before September 18, please stop all seeds in rutorrent 0.9.7 immediately. Send a message to the website hdsky.me@gmail.com to lift the ban! Users who continue to use rutorrent 0.9.7 version will be detected as ban number!
