Important info about Freeleech

Info about "Freeleech"

I have tested "All torrents free" and "All torrents Free & Double" and none of them counted in the download on the testuser. However, I do not know yet if it has counts twice in upload.
I've let the last test run, so you all could test it, but I'm pretty sure it works fine.

More info follows when I have become more sure of it all.
