New security feature and user uploads

Dear all guys and gals

Today, we have introduced a security measure to the site that will allow you to enable 2 factor authentication (2FA) for your login. Some of you may know it from Facebook or Google where it is possible to set up your mobile phone to receive one-time codes when logging in to various services. This means that you can access your account at all times - even in the event that your username / password is leaked.

This is 100% voluntary to use, and can be activated here: user.php?action=edit

BONUS INFO: we have enabled the option of user uploads again for Power Users and above - but only if those have enabled 2FA! (sorry, but that's the only way we can keep uploads clean)
