Invitation system

Hello,

There is currently a problem with the mail server allowing you to send an invitation or make a request to recover your account
For uploader class and higher classes who would like to invite, you can make a staff pm with desired nickname and email for the new user.
Elite class doesn't have the rights to invitations at this time.
