The seed commitment system has been introduced, which works as follows:

You have 2 weeks to redistribute each torrent. As soon as a torrent exceeds 2 weeks in your seed commitment list, it occupies 1 of the number of slots corresponding to your rank, and as soon as the number of torrents reaches the maximum, the system will deduct 4,000 points per torrent from your bonus points until you reach your maximum slot. If you do not have enough bonus points, your download rights will be revoked. Of course, the system will inform you about all this in a message. If your download rights have already been revoked, you will be able to recover them by redistributing seed-bound torrents, which, unlike other torrents, will be available for download.
