Deleting Inactive Users - Dose 1

Dear users!

The next step in the transition to the new site will be the deletion of inactive, old (redundant) data. Today we deleted 17910 users who were last on the site in 2018.
The next deletion will be in 2 weeks. Users who have not been to the site since 2019 will be deleted.
