We're dropping the rule that prohibits uploads of Asian albums if they had a physical release in the West.

From now on you may upload all of Cornelius, Yellow Magic Orchestra, L'arc~en~Ciel, Perfume etc.

Why?
+ We do not believe that not allowing certain releases protects us in any way.
+ Nowadays people buy physical releases regardless of their digital availability, so this rule doesn't support any distributor (like it might have been in the past).
+ You may have noticed that mods haven't been enforcing this rule for years now, leaving the reports but never deleting anything. We're now making this official and dropping the charade.

P. S.: You still can't upload Western artists. This tracker is not for Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift or The Beatles.
