If you dip below 1:1, your account will be placed on ratio watch. The following restrictions apply in this situation:
 

  • You cannot amass a site download amount of over 20GB. If you do, your account will be disabled.
  • You lose the ability to receive IRC giveaways.
  • You are not allowed to invite new users.
  • You will not be able to transcend user classes.

Once you get back to a 1:1 ratio or higher, you will be out of ratio watch and the above restrictions will no longer apply.
