uTorrent 3.4.1 and Bittorrent 7.9.1 blocked
 
Version 3.4.1 of uTorrent and Bittorrent 7.9.1 are blocked due to a bug that causes credits to be withdrawn when seeding.
The preferred version is 2.2.1 which can be found here: uTorrent 2.2.1
 
 
If you still want to use uTorrent 3.x, you may have an earlier version in "%APPDATA%\uTorrent\updates". Paste that into the address in explorer (no quotes) then click the version you want to revert to. You probably want to turn off automatic updates, too. Use the same procedure for Bittorrent as for uTorrent. "%APPDATA%\BitTorrent\updates" .
 
 
We've tried to report issues to the uTorrent developers in the past but they deny a problem exists and blame it on the tracker. We'll just wait for the next release and see if the problem is fixed. Then they don't have to worry about admitting to a problem, taking any blame or giving any credit.
