Kesha accuses music producer Dr. Luke of sexual assault in a new lawsuit.

The Tik Tok singer signed with the producer, real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, at the age of 18.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the outlet reports Kesha claims abuse began early on in their relationship and continued for roughly ten years.

The 27-year-old alleges Dr. Luke made 'repeated sexual advances' and 'would force her to use drugs and alcohol to remove her defenses', according to the outlet.

TMZ cites one claim in which the singer recalls Dr. Luke allegedly forcing her to snort an unknown substance before getting on a plane and later forcing himself on her.

She also recalls him giving her what he referred to as 'sober pills', and later waking naked in his bed 'sore, sick. and with no memory of how she got there', according to the outlet.

The allegations include instances of physical abuse as well, including one at the producer's Malibu, California home in which she claims he was 'violently thrashing his arms at her', forcing her to run down a busy highway to hide in the Malibu mountains.

The singer is seeking to be let out of her contract with Dr. Luke.

"This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke,' her lawyer, Mark Geragos, told the outlet.

"The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time,' he continued.

A spokesperson for the producer had not immediately commented on the claims.

Kesha checked into rehab in January of this year, revealing she was seeking help for an eating disorder.

Her mother, Pebe Sebert, publicly blamed Dr. Luke at the time. He denied those allegations.
